We are very lucky to have a handball alley on the grounds of our school.  The 6th class pupils have been making very good use of it during lunch times.

Peter Casey from Clare GAA is going to be in St. Mochulla's every Monday for the coming weeks doing hurling with us.  We are very lucky to also have skilled and dedicated parents who will continue to do hurling with us when Peter has to go.

During the months of January and February classes from 1st to 6th will be going to swimming lessons.  In the run up to this we have been doing the Land PAWS programme.  This programme is from Irish Water Safety and gives us guidelines on how to stay safe around water in the pool, at home, on the farm, at the beach and on our waterways.
