On the 15th March 1016 we celebrated 'Proclamation Day'.  This involved raising the Irish flag, reading the 1916 Proclamation, reading our own hopes and dreams for the future of Ireland and singing some Irish songs.  To add an active aspect to these clebrations we decided to have a whole school Siege of Ennis.  We all had great fun dancing this on the day and the sun was shining for us.

Fourth Class had great fun making maths active this week by going outside to measure the length of the basketball court, handrails, picnic tables etc.

All the classes in St. Mochulla's have a reward chart in their classroom that help us get extra P.E. when they are all full.  The Junior Infants were very good this week and got six stickers on their reward chart.  They got extra P.E. time and had great fun with the parachute.
