St. Mochulla's Astro Turf Fundraiser.

Cumann na mBunscol Football.

Congratulations to our boys and girls football teams on reaching the finals of the Cumann na mBunscol football competitions. The finals were played in Cusack Park. Well done to the boys who were victorious on the day. Hard luck to the girls who despite a brave performance were narrowly defeated after extra time.

Cross Country. 

Well done to our boys over 10 cross country team who came third at the East Clare Primary Schools Country Championships recently.

County Champions.

Congratulations to our school hurling team who were crowned Cumann na mBunscol Division 2 Champions in Cusack Park on June 16th. Well done boys. We are very proud of you.

Marion Keane Basketball Tournament.

Well done to our boys basketball team who reached the final of the Marion Keane basketball tournament.

Harty Champions

Past pupils of St. Mochulla's who were members of the victorious St. Joseph's Harty Cup winning panel pay a visit to our school with the cup. Well done lads we are very proud of you.

Christmas at St. Mochulla's

Amber Flag.

We were recently awarded The Amber Flag for our work in promoting positive mental health in our school. We made a donation of €500 to Pieta House from the proceeds of our recent Witch Walk. Our picture shows Tony McEvoy of Pieta House along with Ms. Corry and members of our Amber Flag Committee. 

Forest in a Box

Andrew St. Ledger from The Woodland League visited St. Mochulla's and with the help of the children from Ms McGrath's 4th class he established a Forest in a Box. Andrew provided a tree seed incubator box and the children spread leaf litter mix in the box and followed this up by planting native tree seeds. The tree seed box can be seen inside the wall at the front of the school.
