Amber Flag.

 

 

 

We were recently awarded The Amber Flag for our work in promoting positive mental health in our school. We made a donation of €500 to Pieta House from the proceeds of our recent Witch Walk. Forest in a Box

 

 

 

 

 

Andrew St. Ledger from The Woodland League visited St. Mochulla's and with the help of the children from Ms McGrath's 4th class he established a Forest in a Box. Andrew provided a tree seed incubator box and the children spread leaf litter mix in the box and followed this up by planting native tree seeds. The tree seed box can be seen inside the wall at the front of the school.
